Origins

I love to decorate my work  in underglazes and stains on stoneware or terracotta clay that is at the leatherhard greenware stage.

 

To prepare for new ceramic designs I now paint in  gouache  on watercolour paper to try out new techniques and themes.

Gouache and underglazes are very similar in consistency and colour and gives a good representation.

 

Each design is unique and can be applied across a variety of ceramic work.

Each design is available for sale either framed or unframed. You can choose from a variety of colours as not all shown here.
