St Ives and St Agnes

I'm based in Bedfordshire and was fortunate  to travel to Cornwall twice

last year, and again this year.

My initial visit was last June to the Leach Pottery in St Ives where I spent five days on an intensive throwing course making items  from St Agnes clay  and decorating them in coloured slip, oxides, stains and underglazes. (Pictured)

 

On my travels I have visited the site that produces the clay near St Agnes Head lovely view!

 

Cornwall is a truly inspiring place and I always come back refreshed and full of new ideas.
